Labour Market Economics

The course is aimed at studying the economic theory of the labor market and the role of the state in the labor market. As a result of studying the discipline, he owns the basic laws of the functioning of the external and internal labor market; understands the labor management systems at the enterprise, working conditions in the modern Kazakhstani economy; master the skills of creating incentive systems in relation to various categories of workers

Entrepreneurship

The purpose of studying the discipline is to form a system of knowledge among students about the role of entrepreneurship, taking into account leadership qualities in a certain market of the business environment, based on the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of entrepreneurship. As a result of the training, the student will master the theory and practice of doing business, the basics of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity and its objects.

State Regulation of Economy

The course is aimed at developing knowledge and practical skills in the field of state regulation of the economy. It covers the principles, methods, and instruments of economic policy, fiscal and monetary regulation, public administration, entrepreneurship support, and sustainable socio-economic development, as well as the application of modern information and digital technologies. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to analyze the mechanisms of state economic regulation and make well-informed managerial decisions.

Basics of Economic Theory

The course is aimed at developing students' knowledge, practical skills in the field of economic theory, mastering the main patterns of economic development in the short and long term, assessing the impact of various macroeconomic changes and factors on the current state of the national economy.

Innovative Business

The course is aimed at developing knowledge and practical skills in the field of innovative business. It covers the principles of creating and developing innovative businesses, innovation entrepreneurship, business modeling, innovation commercialization, innovation project management, investment attraction, as well as the application of modern information, analytical, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to develop and evaluate innovative business projects, apply digital technologies, and make well-informed managerial decisions.

International Economics

The course is aimed at developing knowledge and practical skills in the field of international economics. It covers the principles and mechanisms of the global economy, international trade, capital movement, international monetary and financial relations, the activities of international economic organizations, and integration processes, as well as the application of modern information, analytical, and digital technologies. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to analyze global economic processes and make well-informed managerial decisions.

Innovative Economy

The course is aimed at developing knowledge and practical skills in the field of innovation economics. It covers the principles of innovation-driven development, innovation activities and entrepreneurship, mechanisms for innovation commercialization, innovation project management, innovation infrastructure, as well as the application of modern information, analytical, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to analyze innovation processes, develop and evaluate innovative solutions, and make well-informed managerial decisions.

Customer Relationship Management

The course is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of relations between consumers and market participants, the formation of knowledge about the system of marketing, advertising and other tools that allow the company to maintain and expand strong mutually beneficial relationships with partners, customers and other interested parties. As a result of studying the discipline, students will be able to independently analyze the external and internal marketing environment using marketing information sources. They will understand the strategic orientation of the enterprise, focusing on retaining and improving customer service. Have an idea of a marketing strategy based on segmentation and a marketing mix for enterprises of selected industries.
