In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 259, dated September 6, 2024, the «Almaty Daryny» Center annually holds the stage of the Republican Olympiad for students in grades 9-11 in general education subjects.
As part of a memorandum of cooperation with the «Almaty Daryny» Center for the identification and support of gifted children and talented youth, METU – the International Engineering and Technological University has awarded six educational grants to honor the winners of the natural science and mathematics subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, and geography).
The award ceremony took place on March 1, 2025. The winners were granted scholarships for admission to METU for the 2025-2026 academic year.
