From February 22 to March 1, 2025, students of the 6B07203
"Food Production Technology and Engineering" program had a unique
opportunity to participate in offline lectures by Doctor of Technical
Sciences, Professor Tatyana Nikolaevna Danilchuk. A renowned specialist in
food technology and nutrition from FSBEI HE "Rosbiotech" (Moscow,
Russia), Professor Danilchuk delivered a series of lectures aimed at
expanding students` knowledge of modern food processing and research methods.
The offline format allowed students to actively participate in discussions,
explore real-world examples, and engage directly with the expert. Thanks to
Professor Danilchuk’s visit, students gained access to up-to-date information
and cutting-edge approaches relevant to the food industry.
Such educational initiatives contribute to the development of international
cooperation and provide students with the opportunity to learn from leading
industry specialists.
