Today, as part of Science Week at the International University of Engineering and Technology, a roundtable discussion was held on the topic “The Role of Student Self-Government in the Development of Science.”

The event focused on fostering student interest in science, developing research skills, and supporting future scientists. The roundtable brought together active students, club leaders, and university administration.

In addition, students who participated in the “Young Researcher” competition were awarded special cash prizes. Winners received an award equivalent to one month`s scholarship.

One of the winners was Nurai Bekman, head of the girls` club “Kerbez.” Her scientific project was highly praised by the jury. Nurai is not only a club leader but also a driving force in empowering the youth of the university. Her achievement is a shining example of combining leadership and science.
