The International Engineering and Technology University (MIETU) is pleased to announce the start of a series of online lectures by renowned Turkish scholar — Professor Dr. Kutay Oktay.

Professor Oktay is the Head of the Department of Tourism Management at Kastamonu University (Turkey), and an expert in tourism management and hospitality. He is the author of more than 10 scientific publications focusing on marketing, sustainable tourism development, and hotel management. His academic background includes studies at leading institutions such as Akdeniz University, Sakarya University, and Kyrgyz-Turkish "Manas" University.
