On April 17, 2025, the International Engineering and Technology University hosted a significant patriotic meeting dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. The event, titled “80 Years of the Great Victory: Lessons of Heroism and Educating Youth in the Spirit of Patriotism”, brought together students, faculty members, advisors, and honored guests.

During the meeting, participants paid tribute to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, recalled key historical events, and discussed the importance of patriotic education in modern society. Special attention was given to the active civic engagement of today’s youth.

The Department of Food Production Equipment and Technology actively participated in the event, with both students and advisors demonstrating a high level of involvement and responsibility. For their significant contribution to the patriotic upbringing of the younger generation, the department’s advisors — Dauletkhankyzy Araylym and Tautayeva Asel — were awarded medals in recognition of their work. These awards honored their dedication to instilling in students a love for their homeland, respect for history, and pride in the heroic deeds of their ancestors.

This patriotic meeting became a landmark event in the life of the university, uniting all participants around eternal values — remembrance, gratitude, and responsibility to future generations.
