On April 25, 2025, the International Engineering and Technological University (METU) held its annual «Open Day», welcoming prospective students, their parents, teachers, and school representatives from Almaty and other regions.

Visitors took part in guided tours of university laboratories and classrooms, received consultations from department heads and professors, and attended presentations on METU’s academic programs. University staff provided detailed information about admission requirements, scholarships, and student life.

Special attention was given to practice-oriented study areas, modern IT and engineering programs, international opportunities, and the career prospects of METU graduates.

The event also featured prize giveaways, interactive zones, and performances by student clubs.

METU thanks all guests for their participation and interest, and believes that Open Day became an important step for students in making an informed decision about their future profession.
