Guest Lecture by Professor Ramona Blanes at the METU

On October 3, 2025, the International Engineering and Technological University (IETU) hosted a guest lecture by Professor Ramona Blanes, PhD, MBA — Senior Lecturer at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow (United Kingdom).

The lecture topic — “Implementing the Public Value Concept in Decision-Making” — attracted great interest among faculty members and students of economics and management programs.

Professor Blanes shared her extensive academic and professional experience in banking, finance, and management, emphasizing the importance of the public value concept in effective decision-making. The event encouraged an open dialogue and exchange of ideas between participants.
