Zhanibek Rafikululy Beisebekov, Police Lieutenant and Inspector of the Personnel Affairs Department of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Esbolatov, was awarded a special distinction by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He became the youngest officer in the history of the internal affairs bodies to receive this award.

This high honor is a clear recognition of Zhanibek Rafikululy’s professional competence, responsibility, and dedication to his service.

It is worth noting that Zhanibek Rafikululy Beisebekov is a 2024 graduate of our university. He studied under the “Software Engineering” educational program in the PI-21-1K (college) group and successfully completed his studies. Even during his student years, he stood out for his determination, diligence, and active engagement, and today he serves the state with honor.

Zhanibek Rafikululy’s achievement is not only a personal success but also a reflection of the high quality of education, upbringing, and professional training provided by our university. His career path serves as a strong example and motivation for current students.
