The event was held with the participation of the University Rector, faculty members, and students. During the meeting, participants widely discussed the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in societal development, the importance of a human-centered state model, and the civic responsibility of young people.

In his speech, the Rector emphasized that the Constitution serves as the strategic foundation for the sustainable development of the state. He highlighted that ensuring the rule of law, protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms, and strengthening social justice are among the country’s core values.

It was noted that the development of education and science, innovation, and technology is one of the key priorities of national development. Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the future of the country depends not only on natural resources but also on the quality of human capital, intellectual potential, and professional competence of its citizens.

In line with its strategic development priorities, METU University places special emphasis on training highly qualified engineers, technologists, and management specialists. The University contributes to the country’s sustainable development by enhancing the quality of education, advancing research activities, and supporting innovative projects.

At the conclusion of the meeting, students expressed their support for constitutional values and reaffirmed their readiness to actively contribute to the development of Kazakhstan as a lawful, just, and innovative state.
