The Department of Software Engineering at the International Engineering and Technological University invites students to take part in a creative Digital Art competition dedicated to the modern reinterpretation of traditional Kazakh ornaments. The aim of the competition is to promote national cultural heritage through modern digital technologies, as well as to develop students’ creative potential, artistic thinking, and interest in digital art. Participants are invited to submit original artworks inspired by Kazakh ornaments and created in a contemporary style. The competition brings together tradition and innovation, opening new opportunities for students’ creative self-expression.

University students are eligible to participate. Accepted formats include Digital Art, such as digital illustration, graphic design, AI art, 3D graphics, and other modern forms of digital creativity. The main requirement is the use of elements of Kazakh national ornaments in an original modern interpretation.

The works will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

- originality of idea

- creativity and artistic quality

- use of national ornaments

- modern digital style

The winners of the competition will be awarded certificates and prizes.
