A meeting of the Academic Committee of the educational program “6B07105 – Information Technologies in Electric Power Engineering” was held at the department. Employers, experts, and students took part in the meeting.

During the meeting, issues related to updating the curriculum in accordance with modern professional requirements and international standards were discussed. The Head of the Department presented the content of the educational program, academic staff, and the curriculum.

During the discussion, faculty members and employer representatives emphasized the importance of developing students’ practical skills. Proposals were made to increase the number of practical classes, introduce applied disciplines into the curriculum, and strengthen industrial internships.

In addition, employer representatives proposed organizing practical seminars and laboratory sessions to enhance students’ professional training. Students also highlighted the need to expand cooperation with enterprises for internship opportunities.

Following the meeting, specific proposals were adopted to update the educational program, strengthen practical training, and improve the overall educational process.
