On March 19, 2026, a delegation from the International University of Engineering and Technology visited EcoNetwork, one of Kazakhstan`s leading organizations in the field of environmental consulting and ESG.

The delegation included Asel Asylbekovna Abdildayeva Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and International Relations, Elena Vladimirovna Solodova Head of the Department of Biochemical Engineering, and Meruert Zhumabekovna Sakypbekova Head of the Department of Software Engineering.

During the meeting, key areas of cooperation were discussed, including:

• development of student initiatives and practical training;

• participation of the company`s experts in the educational process and MITU events;

• organization of environmental actions, clean-up days and much more.

The issues of introducing modern environmental and digital solutions into the training of specialists and expanding internship opportunities for students were also considered.

The parties expressed interest in further cooperation in the field of sustainable development and green technologies.

The visit confirmed MITU`s strategic course towards developing ESG approaches and strengthening cooperation with industrial partners.
