According to the order of the Chairman of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan No 184 dated 03/17/2026, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Ilya Sergeevich Korotetsky was awarded the academic title of professor in the scientific field 10500 – «Biological Sciences».

Ilya Sergeevich Korotetsky develops a scientific school in the field of molecular biology at the Department of Biochemical Engineering and directs a research project on epidemiology and molecular biology of avian pathogen resistance.
