From April 16 to 18, 2026, the International Engineering and Technological University (Almaty) hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Engineering of the Future: Science, Technology, Artificial Intelligence” as part of Science Decade – 2026.

The conference became an important scientific platform that brought together researchers, faculty members, doctoral and master’s students, as well as undergraduates to discuss current trends in science, technology, and artificial intelligence, and to exchange advanced experience.

The conference program included:

• plenary session;
• sectional sessions by research areas;
• poster presentations.

Participants presented research in key areas such as artificial intelligence and digital transformation, engineering technologies for sustainable energy development, digital economy, agro-industrial sector, biotechnology, and societal development in the digital era.

The conference was held in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and online participation and expanding the geography of scientific collaboration.

Based on the results of the sectional sessions, the best papers were awarded:

All accepted papers will be published in the electronic conference proceedings, and the best articles will be recommended for publication in scientific journals.

The conference highlighted the strong scientific potential of the university and its commitment to advancing innovation and international academic collaboration.
