During the plenary session of the forum, Karlygash Shokhayeva, Director of the International Cooperation Department at IUET, delivered a report entitled "Ideas of Intercultural Dialogue in Higher Education." The presentation was delivered in several languages, including French, highlighting the high professional expertise of the staff and the university`s commitment to international partnership. Currently, IUET hosts students from 15 countries worldwide, who not only participated in discussions during the forum but also demonstrated their cultural talents, confirming the university`s status as a multinational educational hub.

The participation of the expert community and the diplomatic corps added significant prestige to the event. The guests of honor included Igor Krupko, Deputy Director for Science and External Relations of the International Centre for the Rapprochement of Cultures under the auspices of UNESCO; Thouard Malgorzata (France), Goodwill Ambassador of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan; and Munira Artykbekova, a distinguished diplomat of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chevalier of the French Legion of Honour. Engaging with leaders in science and diplomacy allowed students to expand their professional competencies in intercultural communication. Participation in such projects under the auspices of UNESCO remains a priority for IUET’s international activities, aimed at strengthening the university`s academic reputation and educating youth in the spirit of tolerance and global responsibility.
