The “Dauletten” charitable foundation has announced the opening of
applications for the “Bilimnin Zhuldizy” scholarship competition for college
and university students in Kazakhstan.
In 2026, 200 winners will receive a one-time scholarship payment of
100,000 tenge.
The program is open to citizens of Kazakhstan who are first- to
third-year college or university students, are not recipients of state or other
educational grants, and have completed at least one academic semester.
University applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
The scholarship is intended to support students from socially vulnerable
groups, including orphans, students from single-parent and large families,
students with disabilities, and students from low-income families.
Applications are accepted from April 13 at 09:00 until April 17 at 23:59
through the official website: www.dauletten.kz.
Required documents include an ID card, proof of enrollment, transcript,
documents confirming social status, certificates and achievements, as well as a
motivational essay in Kazakh on the topic: “Why do I deserve this scholarship?”
