On 30 September 2026, first-year students in the Finance programme at the International Engineering and Technology University (METU), Group Fin-26-1.1K, visited the Mukhtar Auezov Kazakh National Drama Theatre. They were accompanied by Dina Talgatkyzy Beisegul, a lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences, Humanities and World Languages. The students attended a performance of «Möldir Makhabbat», gaining a closer appreciation of Kazakh theatre. The production offered an opportunity to experience a literary work through live performance and reflect on the characters’ emotions and relationships.

Organised as part of the department’s student development activities, the visit aimed to broaden students’ cultural horizons, develop their aesthetic appreciation and encourage an interest in Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage.
