Introduction to the Academic Group Curator

On September 11, 2026, an organizational meeting was held to introduce the students of the TIPP-26-1.1 academic group to their curator, Associate Professor Tukebayeva Zhanyl Aubakirovna, and to organize the group`s activities. During the meeting, the composition of the group was confirmed, key issues related to the educational process were discussed, student representatives were elected, and convenient communication channels were established for further interaction. The main areas of cooperation for the academic year were also outlined.

Particular attention was paid to helping students adapt to the university environment. During the meetings with the curator, students were introduced to the university`s internal regulations, available opportunities and educational resources, as well as the procedures for contacting the relevant university departments. This helped them become more familiar with university life and understand where to seek assistance when questions arise.

Questionnaires and individual conversations were planned to identify students` interests and needs. These activities help determine students` interests, expectations, potential difficulties, and needs for additional support. The information obtained helps guide future curatorial activities in accordance with the specific needs and characteristics of the group.

Work is also being carried out to monitor class attendance and compliance with academic discipline. When necessary, individual meetings are held with students to clarify the reasons for absences and discuss possible solutions to any difficulties they may encounter. If required, cooperation with the relevant university departments is arranged.

Overall, the curator`s work aims to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the group, provide assistance to students, promote mutual understanding and responsibility, and build an active and cohesive student community. These activities will continue throughout the academic year.
