On October 15, 2026, an informative meeting with representatives of the Migration Service Department of the Almaty City Police Department was held at the International Engineering and Technology University. The event was attended by faculty members of the Department of Social Sciences, Humanities and World Languages, as well as first-year students. During the meeting, the police representative discussed current social issues, the prevention of juvenile and youth offences, and the importance of complying with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting continued in an open dialogue format. Particular attention was given to international students, who had the opportunity to ask questions and receive clear answers regarding migration requirements and legal matters related to their stay in Kazakhstan. The discussion allowed students to address their concerns directly with a qualified specialist. The meeting contributed to improving students’ legal awareness and fostering respect for the law. Such initiatives encourage young people to act responsibly in society and help them find answers to important questions.
