The registrar office coordinates the organization of the student educational process: control, analysis and monitoring of students academic performance.
Areas of activity:
formation of student groups, preparation of necessary documentation;
informing students of the schedule of the educational process;
exercising control over the educational process and monitoring the implementation of curricula and programs by students;
monitoring of students ' attendance at training sessions;
submission of documents to students for registration of academic leave and for expulsion from the university and restoration to the number of students;
submission of students for appointment to state and nominal scholarships;
organization and control of the correct conduct of tests and course exams in accordance with the regulations on the point-rating system;
collecting information about students ' academic performance with its subsequent analysis;
organization of training of students receiving a second higher education according to individual plans;
informational and reference consulting of students on training issues;
attracting students to cultural events of the university;
preparation of documents for control measures based on the results of modules, draft orders for the student contingent

Оказание информационной помощи студентам при обращении в Центр.
Определение регламента оказания государственных и внутриуниверситетских услуг.
Выдача результатов оказания государственных и внутриуниверситетских услуг.
